Angelfish

Few creatures in the ocean are more beautiful and graceful than an angelfish. The grain of this piece of wood was suggestive of an angelfish, and the carving began. The head and fins of Angelfish are hammered and welded bronze. The eyes are steel, and the base is manzanita burl. The body of the fish is inlaid with abalone pieces, a nod to the brilliant colors of some angelfish.
