Accessorized

A strange growth on a piece of shihuahuaco wood from the Peruvian Amazon inspired Accessorized. All hermit crabs use shells they find as temporary homes. Some species even decorate their shells (accessorize) with sea anemones that are sometimes larger than the crab itself. Because of its resemblance to a sea anemone, the odd growth stayed (in its original shape) on the piece of wood. The remaining part of the wood is carved, and the crab itself is forged and welded of bronze.
