WORLD OF BEGINNINGS

I completed this fountain sculpture called World of Beginnings for Anneliese Schools’ Willowbrook campus, a private school my son attends in Laguna Beach’s Laguna Canyon. I was inspired by a Native American creation story where a small amount of soil placed on the back of a large turtle grew to create the land that we live on. After seeing the growth my own son, Brooks, has shown from learning at this school, I feel that every child’s story is their own journey of creation.
