Carved walnut and bronze swordfish perpetual trophy for Tuna Club on Catalina Island

SWORDFISH PERPETUAL TROPHY

This trophy was created for the Tuna Club on Catalina Island, one of the oldest fishing clubs in the United States with a rich fishing history and a mission to protect California gamefish. The trophy features a swordfish and my goal with this piece was to capture in hammered bronze and curly walnut the power of this iconic fish.
